The store was closed but we got pedi's anyway!!!
The MOST AWESOME sand sculpture at the bordwalk!!!!
They just had to get a picture of me and the bordwalk. Even if Shelley had to stand in the street.

The first day I got there, there were bugs EVERYWHERE!!! I think the bugs saw me and got scared because while everyone was getting eaten, how many bug bites did I get? umm...1!?!?!?!

August Adventures (part one)
As you have read in my "Fruity Kooties" entry, I went to Maryland!!!! It was SOOOOO much fun!! I visited with my Aunt Shelly, Uncle Craig, Chad and Jodie. We went camping at the beach and I took my first swim in the Antlantic Ocean! That was pretty cool. We went with some friends of theirs. There were Brother May, Sister May, Kiley, Keaton, and Eric. Kiley is 19, Eric is her boyfriend, 22 i think, and Keaton is 15.There were a whole bunch of dead jellyfish EVERYWHERE. and this guy caught a shark. That was pretty intense. (except Jodie and I were playing cards back at camp but it sounded pretty intense.) There were wild horses and one time Jodie, Chad and I went to the bathroom and there is this ramp that leads to them and 3 horses were on each side!! So it was really scary. But funny at the same time because they were just standing there, chewing grass and staring at us. Then, later that night, they started playing around our tent and running around it. The next morning, Jodie and I were coning out of the shower, (that would be the first time I've showered with mosquitos!!!) and I slipped on the ramp and landed on my tailbone and bruised it REALLY bad. It hurt the whole time I was there.
When we came home, we helped Aunt Shelly at the street market sell bread and it had rained that morning, so I put on long pants and a quater-sleeved t-shirt. Bad idea. It turned out to be SUPER muggy and disgusting. The next day,Aunt Shelly took us (on the metro) to see Washington, D.C.!!! We went on this thing called, "The Duck Tour." That was awesome!!!! It was a truck that drives right into water and stays afloat!! We were on the Cheaspeake! After we were done, we went into the postal museam!!! That was much more fun then I thought it would be. We saw a taxidermisted version of Owney, the mail dog. We went inside one of the trains, started a stamp colllection, went inside a WHOLE bunch of cool exhibits, amd mailed post cards home!
On my last day, Jodie and I were working on our scrapbooks at like 1:00, and it started to get cloudy and really muggy. We thought it was going to rain so, we had this bright idea to go outside when it rained to get a break from scrapbooking. It started thundering and lightning! So we go outside and her driveway is right off the street. So we went a litle crazy and started dancing and posing an blowing kisses to random people on the street. Mostly it was me and Jodie was laughing at me and telling me to stop. Then it really did start to rain, so and Jodie and I hid under a tree. But then, it started to come down a little harder. then harder. and harder. and harder. Until it got to the point where we wanted to go inside so we didn't get so soaked. A litle while later, it was POURING SUPER hard! and then, it started to HAIL!!!!!!!!!! IT STARTED TO HAIL AT 1:00!!!!!!! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN???!!!!???!!! THEN SLEET WAS FALLIN FROM THE SKY AT 1:30!!!!!! And then it started to hail. then rain. then stop!! And uncle Criaig was DRIVIVG in that thing!!! That wasn't even a storm!!! I was surprised it did't snow!!! And then later that day, the sky was as clear as can be!

Fruity Kooties
Hi. Sorry I haven't written in a while. I have been up in maryland for a week.(Don't worry, I will write of my adventures later.) Anyways, Eric Salas came home from bulgaria, so we went down to their house and Holly and I made food inventions. I got some refried beans, put some curly chips around the edges, and put some starburst in the middle.(Don't worry the wrappings were on.)And, honestly it wasn't bad. But Holly, Oh wow. She made what is above. Now, before I tell you what it is, guess. Its pineapple and skittles. SKITTLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't really like pineapples so i have never tried them. But Holly Salas and Holli Brown did, and they said the same thing; it wasn't bad at all. And, I'll take their word for it. So, if you want to try something new, try fruity kooties!!!!!!!

This was at my recital last night. At first I was complaining because of the hair curling, itchy costume, curling iron burns was stupid to go through just for like a minute of whirling and twirling. But, I had a blast making it, backstage was SSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fun, and when you are up there on stage, the crowd is cheering, and you are dancing your heart out, it feels awesome. You absolutley know what your doing and you aren't afraid tho show it to every one out there. it just is absolutley amazing. And a great experience. Just like christ said, "I never said it was easy. I only said it would be worth it."
